DELIVERY TIMES / PRICES

Our standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks on most items however if you need it before then please do drop us an email and we will be happy to try and help! All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class in the UK.

For our one of a kind products, we can post with a much quicker delivery of 5-7 days.

We offer free standard UK delivery on all UK orders.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked. If you are interested in ordering please contact us and we can discuss delivery costs depending on weight of items and how you would like the items to be posted. If you place an order, please be aware our International Delivery option comes up as £0.00. We will contact you once we receive your order to arrange payment of your shipping fee.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted goods due to the fact everything is made to order. If you do have any concerns about an order you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

Once we receive an order, it is quickly moved into the studio to be made. Therefore, we don’t accept cancellations or changes, but please contact us if you have any questions about your order. 

FAULTY ITEMS

On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, we are happy to help. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

Please send photos of the fault via email to info@rosaleesdenim.com stating the problem and your online order details.
